Kenneth Kasper (right), 376th EMG noncommissioned officer in charge of surgical/dental service, clears the field of water and debris with suction and uses an air/water syringe to keep the mirror free of splatter Aug. 31. Capt. Wilson is also shaping the prepared part of the tooth to provide good support and retention for a new amalgam filling.
